From our haven to yours. Here is what to expect as your chosen pieces make their way to you.

Shipping options

Available destinations, delivery services, and shipping charges are shown at checkout for your address and selected pieces. Please review your order total before paying. If your destination is not available, contact us before placing an order.

When your order will ship

Dispatch estimates appear on product pages where available. “Ships within” refers to the time needed to prepare an order before it is handed to the carrier; delivery time is additional. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Timing varies by piece, availability, destination, and chosen service.

Delivery estimates may also appear at checkout or in your order updates. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Shopping for a special occasion? Please contact us before ordering so we can help you assess the timing.

If no dispatch timeframe is stated, we will ship within 30 days. If we cannot meet a stated timeframe, or that 30-day window, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Parcels and tracking

Our collection brings together pieces from different brands, which may send your selections directly. A mixed order can arrive in separate parcels on different days, and pieces may retain their original branded packaging. Tracking will be shared as each parcel ships, when available. Decorative props shown in styled imagery are not included.

Delivery care

Please check your address at checkout. If a correction is needed, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins.

For a delayed, missing, or damaged parcel—including one marked delivered that you cannot locate—contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the relevant brand or carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Keep damaged packaging where possible to help with the investigation.

International orders

International delivery is available only to destinations offered at checkout. Unless checkout expressly states they are included, applicable import duties, taxes, and carrier clearance charges are payable by the recipient. Customs processing may extend delivery times; please review the requirements for your destination before ordering.

Returns

Our return and refund policy explains eligibility and next steps. Please contact us before sending a piece back. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
