How will my piece be presented?
Pieces may arrive on the original brand's display card or in branded packaging. Specific gift-box or presentation details are included on the product page where available.
Are all birthstone pieces natural gemstones?
Materials vary by piece. Our birthstone-color necklaces feature cubic zirconia, while our birth-month cord bracelets feature the natural crystals described on their product page. A month or color name does not by itself identify a natural gemstone. Explore the birthstone guide, then check your chosen piece for its precise materials.
Are earrings sold as pairs?
The product description tells you exactly what is included. Some designs are sold as a pair; sets can contain individual earrings for asymmetrical styling. A six-piece set contains six individual earrings, not six pairs.
How do I choose my size or finish?

When will my order arrive?
Look for the timing note on your chosen product page. “Ships within” is the estimated preparation time before dispatch; carrier delivery time is additional. How do returns work?
